All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and delivered by DPD.

For DPD Next Day and Saturday orders, you will receive tracking information from DPD when your order has left our warehouse.

When your order arrives, the delivery driver will take a photo of the delivery being made. If you’re out when delivery is attempted, your delivery driver will leave a card telling you what to do next.

Place your order before 2pm on Friday 20th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

Delivery Exclusions

Unfortunately, at present there are a few areas and types of address that we can’t deliver to.

These are:

  • PO Box addresses
  • The Channel Islands
  • BFPO addresses
  • Military addresses

Returns

If you need to return a product, you can do this within 30 days of you receiving your order to get a full refund.

Returns are charged from £2.99 and it normally takes 5-10 working days from receipt for us to process your return and issue your refund.
