RETURNING AN ITEM
If you purchased your item from inov8.com or an INOV8 store, you can return it within 30 days of it being delivered. You will find your order number to register the return on your email confirmation (online purchase) or receipt (in-store purchase). Return costs start at £2.99. Online and INOV8 store purchases can also be returned to our branded stores.

How To Return An Item
To get a full refund for your item, you must return it:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- In an “as new” condition
- With all tags and labels attached
- In its original packaging.
You can start your return online to generate a returns label. To start your return you’ll need your order number (which starts with an N – this will be on your order confirmation email).
How long will your refund take
Refunds usually take 5-10 working days to process, from the date we receive your item.
Can You Get An Exchange Rather Than A Refund?
Yes, we offer exchanges rather than refunds.
However, to avoid disappointment we recommend requesting a refund and then simply reordering the product or size you would prefer on a new order. This is because exchanges are subject to availability at the point your return has been processed.
If you do choose to exchange your item, and the product you’d like to exchange to is out of stock, we will send you a refund and let you know by email.
Can You Return A Product After 30 Days?
All INOV8 products come with a 12 month warranty from the date you purchased them. This warranty depends on your following the product’s care instructions and excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse
- Accidental damage
How To Make A Warranty Claim
Product purchased directly from INOV8 inov8.com: You can start your warranty claim online. You'll need the email address on the order and your order number (which starts with an N - this will be on your order confirmation email).
Product purchased from an INOV8 brand store: If you are near any of our brand stores, you can take the item and receipt back to them to submit your warranty claim. If that's not an option for you, or you'd prefer to do it online, you can submit your warranty claim here. In addition to photos of the product, you will need your receipt reference number and a photo of the receipt to submit your claim.
Product purchased from one of our retail partners: Our retail partners hold the initial responsibility for any claims on INOV8 products they have sold and should be the first point of contact. Also, we can now investigate any issues directly on our own platform. Please submit your claim here and if we have any questions about the purchase, our team will get in touch with the retailer to discuss it further. To submit your claim you will need photos of the product, your order/receipt reference number, a photo of the receipt and any communication with the retailer.
