All orders are shipped from our US warehouse and are normally processed within two working days of you placing an order. We do not currently ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

When you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email within one hour. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number for your order. Please note that shipping information can take up to 72 hours to register on a carrier’s website after you receive your tracking number.

Place your order before 11AM MST on December 9th for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

Delivery Limitations & Exclusions

Unfortunately, at present we do not deliver to military addresses.

If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, your order may take longer to arrive than the standard timeframe given above.

Returns

If you need to return a product, you can do this within 30 days of your receiving your order to get a full refund.

Returns cost $7.50 and it normally takes 5-10 working days from receipt for us to process your return and issue your refund.
