Keep fuelled or hydrated on long runs with the SOFT FLASK 0.25L. This lightweight, compressible flask can be filled with liquid or energy gels, and it's small size makes it perfect for stashing in a waist pack or hydration vest.

To consume the contents of the bottle simply squeeze the flask while using your teeth to gently bite the nozzle. This also removes any excess air, reducing any sloshing as you move. When empty the bottle packs down extremely small, making it easy to carry.

The SOFT FLASK 0.25L can withstand temperature extremes too. It can be frozen, but also be used in temperatures up to 60C/140F. The main body of the flask is made of TPU and this product is PFC, BPA and PVC free. 

Once you're home from your run, the SOFT FLASK is easily cleaned with warm soapy water.
