2 FULL BODY WODS TO TRY IN THE F-LITE MAX

To celebrate the launch of the brand-new F-LITE MAX all round training shoe, we’ve asked two of our ambassadors to come up with a full body WOD to put the shoe, and you, through its paces!

These challenging workouts showcase the versatility of the F-LITE MAX – and will test your all-round fitness. Remember to only attempt these WODs if you already have a reasonable level of general fitness, and are used to lifting the weights described.
